1) First, we have to declare that the dress from us is not the original brand dress, which could not be 100% same as picture,  and it would have little different details from the original dress,  but we can promise 90% same as the picture in high quality.

2) All our dresses are custom tailored, not the original dresses, we make the dress as the exact size you offer, if size dispute,we will not refund you, so please be sure give us your correct size, if you do not how to measure, please inquire us. 
3) It is normal when chromatic and size (3-5cm) aberration exist, it is not the reason for refund, if you mind this, please do not buy.

4) Sometimes, we don't have the same fabric as the picture. We will use the similar one instead.

5)The price is only for the dress, not including any other accessories such as veil, gloves, hat , belt ,petticoat and so on.

All our dresses here are copy!!To Customized a dress, we need measurements as below:

Usually for long (floor-length dresses, we'll add 5-10cm for heels height

· If you will wear a higher heels, Please tell us the heel height

As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and customer tailored, the finished dresses may vary by approxiamtely ±1 inch in the specified measurements. To ensure that your dress will still fit you, our tailors have created all our dresses with addtional fabric in the seams to allow minor size modifications to be made easily. It is not a quality problem. Please note well. If you find the dres are not suitable and have questions, you can contact us directly.

Color Chart

1.Computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we can not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you saw. Similarly above 90%! if you request similar 100% as the picture,don`t buy it ! thank you !

2.If possible , you can send us the picture of the special color that you want . Then we can choose the exact one for you.

Payment and Shippment

1)Payment is due by Credit Card, Wire Transfer, Western Union and so on.

2)we can ship them directly to your pointed address.
Drop shipping and Combine Shipping are both available , just let us know your demands when you order from us.

3)The buyer is responsible for any tax and/or duty charged by their country.

Return policy:

We know that it is difficult to purchase a wedding dress over the Internet, and we really want you to be happy during your purchase. Please contact us with any questions.

1)Unless there is a quality problem, we usually not accept a return ! If you want to amend the dress, and you have to pay for the shipping.

2)For changes, the buyer must pay all shipping/handling charges.

3)For returns, restocking fee will be charged on all returns.

Warm notice:

1). This is a tailor custom business, it does not stock,100% handmade, that`s why dresses can`t be 100% similar with the pictures. For example due to different computer monitors, different Light intensity and different photo effects, there can be a slight difference in design, embroidery, beads placement or color. If you need 100% similar dress, then please don`t buy, because we guarantee 90-95% similarity to the picture. But we`re sure you will like the dress, as it still will be very beautiful, with same style, and also give you joy of shopping! Integrity is the basis of any business, that`s why we need to tell you all this.

2). All dresses don`t include accessories, such as BELTS, hair accessories ,Gloves ,Petticoat ,Hat etc.

3). There will be US$30.0 extra cost for plus size or complicated changing design service on the model.
