Shipping:

1. We usually ship the orders by DHL, which takes about 3-5 days delivery time. We will provide the tracking number to you by email. Please feel free to contact us if you didn’t receive your order after a week.
2. Receivers usually have problem on cleaning Custom if  shipping parcel to Russia by DHL and UPS. So, we will suggest Russian customers choose HK post or EMS for your order's shipping.
3. Please make sure your receiver address is correct before purchase. We will ship to the confirmed address of Escrow. If you need to send to another receiver’s name and address, please leave message in our transaction.
4. Please make sure that you can import this product to your country before purchase, in case any problem (detain, force to return or destroy) when passing your local Custom, customers have to take full responsibility.

   5. If your order is combined by more than two different items, the DHL/UPS shipping cost  showed might be  unreasonable high due to some system mistake, please contact us for correcting the shipping cost before you pay.
