Shipping:

Payment:

1. AliPay (Escrow), your payment will be temporarily held by Aliexpress, and will not be released until you receive the order and are satisfied with it.

Return & Warranty:

1. All items have 15 days after the date you receive the radio to test it. You must contact us before the 15th day if there are any problems. Returns must be sent back to us within 15 days after receiving! If it is not quality issue, the returning and original shipping have to be put in buyers\' side.

2. If the item is being returned due to being defective and the buyer refuses an exchange, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and a 10% cancellation fee.

3. If the item is being returned due to the buyer changing his/her mind or does not want. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and up to a 20% restock fee at our discretion. Also, initial shipping is non-refundable in this case.

4. If the item is being returned because the buyer purchased the wrong item for his/her vehicle and wishes to purchase the correct one, as long as we have it available in stock. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping and any difference in price for the replacement item and the cost to re-ship to the buyer. If we do not have what the buyer needs then, it will be processed as a standard return that the buyer doesn\'t want.

5. All returns are processed within 5 to 8 business days from the date of delivery to us. Mon-Fri is our business days.

The amount we charged only includes the product, shipping and handling. Any custom tax or import tax should be put in your side.

If the wrong address was left on Aliexpress, buyer should take responsibility for the loss. If it returned to us, the buyer should pay re-sending fee.
