A: The tailoring time for most special occasion and wedding party dresses is 7business days, but some dresses with more elaborate designs or detailing may take longer to tailor. Tailoring times are noted on each dresss product page. Shipping time is 3-10 business days.
Q: Can I return or cancel the dress if I change my mind?
A: Even standard size dresses are made to order for each customers. The custom nature of our dresses means our cancellation and return policy is stricter than other items, so it's important to order carefully.
Q: Can I order this dress in a different style/fabric/length?
A: Each dress is carefully tailored to match exactly what you see in the photo. If you want change some part we need to charge extra fees.Please note.Besides,we need charge another $10-$25 if your dress is plus size(16W-26W).
