FAQ:

Q:The camera is not woking good, there are 4 buttons around the back camera is not responded, i could not even go to the menu!

A: Two possible reason for it:
1)Camera on its recording mode,and you can not enter its menu when it is recording!
So,you need to press this OK button to pause recording,and press Menu button or Mode button to activate it!
2)Memory card can not compatible with camera.
If memory card can not be read by this camera,it will indicate that it is NO SD CARD on its screen,and you can not activate its menu!

Q: How long one 32GB can keep recording before re-wroten?

A: About 6hrs recording only before re-wroten,and its older files will be re-wroten by device automatically to continue loop recording

Q: why device can not save video files,only one Software X2player in its memory card,and we use one 32G card for this camera,but when we read its memory card by my computer,it said only 119mb?

A: These video files hide in its software Jplayer,just double click this X2player to playback,you will find all video files from this X2player !

It does matter which memory card you used for this camera,it only reads us that 119mb for this memory card!But all files are saved to your memory card already!
