Shipping Information

1. After payment is cleared, we usually send China Post small packet (provided with tracking number), if there is no tracking number, we will send the item will be standard airmail (Hongkong Post does not provide tracking number) within 48 hours of delivery, but excluding weekends and other legal holidays.
2. All items will be declared as “Gift” with low value, we always try to legally minimize the import duties for customers. Please kindly note that we are not responsible for any customs duties.
3. Normally we only ship to your address. Please make sure your address is correct. 

       We will send the item to buyer's address provided by your account, if you want the item to be sent  to different address, please specify by message to confirm before placing order.

• Please make sure the postal address is correct, we will not be liable for postal lost caused by incorrect & invalid address provided.
• We offer combined shipping, but no local pick-up service.

Payment

• We accept Escrow ONLY, please send your payment to our Escrow account:
• Escrow allows you to pay by credit cards, debit cards, s and Escrow account balances.
• Auction Item Number, your Full Name and Shipping Address MUST be included in the Escrow payment.
• All payments are expected within 7 days after the auction is closed. All non-pay bidders will be reported to and get an unpaid warning from e-Bay.
• Combined Shipping for multiple items is available upon request. We offer discount on the Shipping & Handling Charge for any additional item being sent to the same address. The more you buy, the more you save

Return

• All our products have been checked and packaged in good condition. If the item is defective, please inform us within 14 days upon receipt of item, we will replace a new one or refund if stock out (shipping, insurance and handling charges are not refundable).
• Buyers have to pay for the return cost and we will pay the cost for reshipping.
• Return items include the original packaging and accessories.
• We take up to replace or repair it for you by the manufacturer in case that the delivered item is found faulty while the shipping charges would be born by the buyer.
• Please keep the Escrow receipt accompanied with the returned item so that we could process the replacement/repair accordingly.
