How to pack

We pack the paintings in the best method according to the quantity and painting size.

1: For canvas painting, we roll and put in a paper tube (wall thickness: 5mm) which is strongly protective.

2: For stretched painting, each item is sealed in a plastic bag and 4 corners protected, then, packed in 5 layers corrugated paper carton box.

Shipping:

1: When you place the order, pls choose a shipping method.

2: We ship worldwide by EMS, DHL, FEDEX, and regular post mail.

3: We ship the goods usually within 7 days after the payment is completed.

4: Transit time:

A: EMS: 10-15 days

B: DHL, FEDEX: 5-7 days

C: China post air mail: 15-45 days

5: Import customs tax: Buyers are responsible for all import customs fees, duties, and taxes (if happened). These additional fees may be

collected at time of delivery. Anyway, if you want, we can declare the items as "samples" or "Gifts" for easier customs clearance.)

Payment:

When you place the order, pls make the payment within 3 days. We prefer you to pay via Escrow online:

1) Escrow allows you to pay securely online without exposing your credit card details (Currently, you can pay using Moneybookers, Visa,

    MasterCard and bank transfer. You can also pay with select debit cards including Maestro, Solo, Carte Bleue, PostePay, CartaSi, 4B

2) You can also track delivery of your order and payment is only released to the supplier after your confirm you've received the order.

Returns

We serve our customers as best as we can. We will refund you (less 15% of the original payment to cover the shipping cost and other handling

 fee) if you return the items within 15 days after receipt of the items for any reason. However, the buyer should make sure that the items returned

are in their original condition. If the items are damaged or lost when they are returned, the buyer will be responsible for such damage or loss, and

we will not give a refund. The buyer should try to  file a claim with  the logistic company to recover the cost of damage or loss. The buyer  will be 

responsible for the shipping fees to return the items.
