THE MKS GEN V1.4 CONTROL:
Better Heat Dissipation Solution
MKS Gen V1.4 use high-quality MOSFET tube and high-quality 4-layer circuit board to have better heat dissipation compared to ramps with 2-layer.
MKS Gen V1.4 use a dedicated power chip and is compatible with 24V input power under the same power and make hot-bed current reduce to 1/4, which could solve effectively the MOS tube heat problem.
Compatibility:
MKS Gen V1.4 have the same identical configuration with ramps1.4 and support the open source Marlin, it can be directly connected to the Ramps1.4 control panel,12864LCD and 2004LCD control panel.
MKS Gen V1.4 reserved motor pulse and direction output ports for an external high-current (eg 2A, 5A) motor drive circuit and ramps1.4 on servos, AUX-1, AUX-2 interface and provides three 5V output, three 12V outputs.
The 12864 LCD:
This full graphic Smart Controller (3.2")contains a SD-Card reader, an rotary encoder and a 128 x 64 dot matrix LCD display. You can easy connect it to your Ramps board using the "smart adapter" included.
After connecting this panel to your Ramps you don't need your pc any more, the Smart Controller supplies power for your SD card.
5PCS TMC2100 DRIVER:
It adapt intelligent chopping control that automatically selects the correct current decay mode and have over-temperature thermal shutdown, under-voltage lockout, crossover-current protection, load short-circuit protection and ground fault protection.
