1. The dress could be finished in 10-25 days. During the special holiday like Chinese Festival Holiday, National Holiday, the processing time will be a little longer.

2. The shipping time is based on shipping method. It will take 1-3 working days around for UPS, 5-7 working days around for DHL, FEDEX, 7-15 working days for EMS, TNT.

3. Free shipping refers to China Post Registered Air Mail & Epacket.

*Cancellation Policy*

1.Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation.There will be eligible for a full refund.

2.Orders canceled after 3 days of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 70% of the product purchase price.
3.Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. Please understand.

Sizing Issues: As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and custom tailored, the finished gown may vary by approximately 1-3cm in either direction of the specified measurements. 

Dress is the size you ordered but does not fit:

-- you may go to a local tailor to have the dress resized (at your own cost).

-- you may use our modification service to resize your dress. Contact us, we can fix it for you free with 5 days, buyer pays all the shipping fee.

Please be aware that if your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible. But we still will give you a good price if you want a new one.

Details for return to refund 

1) Products in 7days (from the date products were received) can be returned and refunded. 

2) When you making a return, please include a note with your name, address, and order number, a brief explanation of the reason for the return. Please indicate if you prefer an exchange or refund.

3) Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
