Reminder
1. This PCI-E card is only compatible with standard-sized tower cases (not mini computers)
2. This PCI-E card is powered by a 5V 4 pin power connector. Please confirm that your computer power supply is equipped with a 5V 4 pin power connector plug before purchasing. This is necessary to ensure sufficient power supply and smooth transfers, particularly for large data transfers from hard drive disks (3TB or above).
3. If the card doesn't work properly from the start, you may try out the following steps
Step 1: de- and reattach the devices to be recognised, so the system can try another recognition search
Step 2: Augment with the optional power supply, so an automatic search can be retried
Step 3: Check the PCI-E socket on the main board for possible faults
Step 4: Try out another Desktop PC, if available, to determine the card's general functionality
