1. Are you a trading company or factory?
We're manufacture in Foshan, Guangdong. Mius Art Mosaic specializes in trading and exports the mosaic products for 14 years. Our showroom is around 3000 square meters with 40 employees.
2. How do I know your quality?
High detailed photos and free sample will be able to verify our quality.
3. Could I order a small quantity of your products?
Please check with our sales department if it's in stock or if we have distributor locally.
4. Can I get a sample first? And how does it charge?
Yes, free sample is available with freight collect or prepaid.
5. What if the tiles are broken during transition?
We have done overseas transportation for 15 years and we know exactly how to pack and reinforce the package away from damage. It's not usual to break unless there is accident. If any damage happens, our after sales will sort out the reasons and ensure you a proper compensation.
6. What's the benefit for long term importers or distributors?
For those regular customers, we offer incredible discount and free sample free.
7. Can you make products from our designs?
Yes, we do OEM and ODM.
8. Where is the market of your products?
Europe, North America, South America, the Middle East and so on.
9. How do I make payment?
We received T/T (30% deposit paid in advance, 70% of the balance is paid on receive the B/L copy) and Western union. For small amount, PayPal is acceptable. For large amount, L/C is received. For those customers with long-term cooperation, payment against B/L copy or O/A is also accepted.
