Q:How to remove creases?
A: Because item is folded to ship out, so it is easy to have wrinkles. Below ways can help you remove the wrinkles:
1. You can hang the background or wrap it on a tube to reduce the creases
2. You can iron on back side of the background with low temperature to remove or reduce the creases, but please do not iron on front side of the background or let the background touch the water, because that will ruin the background.
Q: How to do customized background?
A: You can send your request to our customer service or leave a message, our designer will design it for you, If you are satisfied with the design, the customer service will create a special link for you,you can purchase in the link.
Q:How long will it take to send the background(s) to me?
A: We need 2-4 workdays to produce after you order.Usually it takes 12-20 working days to United States; 15-30 working days to Europe, Asia, Oceania; 25-60 working days to Africa, South America.
