If your shipping address belongs to remote area in the shipping company's shipping system, you need to add the remote fee $35 for your parcel delivery or change a more rural shipping address, otherwise your parcel cannot be sent out. Whether your address belongs to the remote area or not, you can check your address on DHL official website. 4. If the parcel has been lost in transit, we will full refund you or send a new one.  5.
