Normally AliExpress Standard Shipping will be chosen to handle your package. It takes about 7-20 business days for your parcel to get delivered, excluding processing time. If you want other shipping carriers, you may need to pay additional shipping charges.
Buyers who expect DHL or FEDEX to be the shipping method need to check if your delivery address is located in a remote area. If yes, please contact us before you place the order.
Your parcel will be dispatched in 7 business days after your payment goes through. For customized wheels, it may take a little longer. Tracking number will be provided as soon as your parcel is dispatched, together with pictures of your loved wheels.
1. All items, except customized ones, sold on our store can be returned to us in 3 business days after delivery, as long as they are brand new, and can be resold. And make sure that they are originally packed before your return.
2. Buyers will be responsible for shipping fees to and fro and custom handling fees, if it is not our fault.
3. Please contact us for address before you return the package.
4. Cancellation of a successfully paid order before shipment is not accepted.
5. All rims and wheels sold on our store enjoy a warranty of 12 months. Damage caused by human factors is not covered.
6. Buyers will be responsible for custom tax if it exists.
