   How could I do if urgent for request?

We will send it within 5days.But shipping is out of our control. If you want to get the product fast, please choose fast shipping methods, like EMS, UPS,Fedex and DHL. If you find the package is not arrive at the promised delivered day, please let us know, we will contact with the carriers to extended protection time  and find out the exact location of the cargo.

   How to request warranty (return, repair and refund)

  Only faulty items can be returned under warranty.        Please follow the warranty process: 1.Please describe the problem with your item in details(what happened and when?) stating your order number and product code ( sku number). 2.Please tell us what steps you have already taken to solve the issue. 3.Please give us the item code indicated on the outer package. 4.Please send us clear picture or video of the defects in good lighting.

PS: Ideally, the photos/videos should be clear and focused, under good lighting conditions, and taken at close and medium distance.We will do our best to help you. 

 

   12 months Free Repair Warranty

      Unless otherwise noted on the product page, product warranty w ithin 12 months of the   received  date, if it have the problem for use,buyers can return items for replace. Buyers pay the shipping fees for sending the item back to get the new one. The Seller pay for half of the shipping fees for sending the new item back to the buyer.  tips:The above said 12 months warranty time range, just for booster, in addition booster outside the products, accessories, we are committed to 3 months warranty period The Operating temperature is important for the life of the machine. Operating Temperature:-10~+60℃ Room temperature(25-35 ℃ ) will be better for machine life,the heat and dust that often leads to mechanical breakdown.

You have to buy a new booster if it breakdown by the heat.That isn't the problem of our product.Pls understand.

 

   Missing items, wrong items or package sent

Please be sure to open the parcel and check the contents before signing for the package.  qu

   If you have receive the damaged item or any question of the parcel,pls not to   Open the dispute,you should to   contact us first.We will give you the best answer to solve the problem.
