The GX series of wheels conbines the high performance and aerodynamics of road bikes with the durability and comfort of CX and mountain bikes. The gravel bike is still a fast road bike, It is no longer limited to flat roads. It can be used on paved roads with 700*30-42c for speed, or 29er*2.1MTB tires for fun on off-road conditions.

WEAVE AND FINISH

In addition to the appearance UD / 3K / 12K, there is usually an option to choose between matte finish and glossy finish for carbon rims.

ONE-PIECE MOLDING

Since the rims do not have the weaknesses associated with the various components of any of the different designs, they are continuously molded using techniques known as "one-piece molding".Because of this, the rims are perfectly symmetrical and evenly rolled.

BEAD LOOK DESIGN

The small ridges on either side of the drop channel help secure tubeless tires with a floor pump, and they are incredibly hard to burp.

WIDER DESIGN

The wider design of the GX series rims, Widening the rim means better compatibility with wide tires, better support for larger tiers, improved grip, performance, and comfort.

3D DRILLING

BTLOS can drill spoke hole angles to match or compliment the spoke angles created by hub flange(as provided by the customer). Matching the spoke hole drilling angle in the rim to the spoke angle of the hub/hub flange allows the nipple to be better aligned with the spoke when the wheel is tensioned resulting in fewer broken spokes and nipples.

Can I purchase rims without holes or internal holes?

We can make fully UST rims or internal holes accordingly (No spoke holes on the rim bed, only valve holes).

Can I purchase rims without holes or internal holes?

Please contact us by email and provide the following information, we will recommend the rim that best suits you. What the terrain do you plan to ride on? Do you ride aggressively? Can you tell me what size tire you plan to ride, and on what bike? What’s your weight? Then we can give you a corresponding recommendation.

Should I choose the symmetrical rims or asymmetric rims?

Strong wheels can be built using symmetric or asymmetric rims. For asymmetrical rims, they provide better spoke tension balance between drive-side and non-drive side by improving the bracing angle, to make wheels more durable.

Can I choose the custom color of BTLOS decal to match the bike?

Free BTLOS decals are a good choice. Custom color options available to match your bike.

Sure, custom decal cost will be determined by color and pattern, please contact us if you need the custom decal to get the corresponding quote.

How soon will you ship my rims/wheelsets after I arranged the payment?

If the rims or wheelsets are in stock, we will ship them within 3 business days. If there is no stock, it will take 7~15 days for rims manufacturing.

What can I do if I receive a damaged parcel?

Your rims/wheels will be packed and protected carefully to make sure that they are in good conditions. If an order arrives at you with obvious shipping damage, please refuse to sign for it. Then the package will be returned to BTLOS and we'll redo the products for you or arrange a refund. f you have signed for the package and then find shipping damage, please contact us immediately. We will help you to solve the problem as soon as possible. Please save all packaging and paperwork for the order if shipping damaged.

What shipping method do you use?

Normally, we ship the products by EMS directly. It takes about 5～10 business days for your parcel to arrive. If the customer wants to use a faster shipping method, like DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT etc, please contact us, you may need to pay additional shipping charges. Delivery time depends on destination and other factors. If you have not received your shipment within 20 days of payment, please feel free to contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible. If you still do not receive the package for 2 months, we will arrange to redo the products for you or arrange a refund.

Are there any import taxes or customs charges that I need to be aware of if I purchase this and have it shipped here to XXX country?
