Q1: Printer can't recognize ink cartridge.
Error shown on computer display ：
A: Reason: Ink cartridge didn't install well or contactor dirty.
Solution :
Step1: Take off the ink cartridge and re-install it. If issue still exist, go ahead setp 2
Step2: Clean the ink cartridge and printer contactor with eraser or alcohol cotton swab.
As shown in picture 1 to Picture 3
Q2: Can't print C/M/Y/K color or print stripe.
Test Paper shows :
A: Reason: Printer head of cartridge jam.
Solution :
1: wipe the print head with paper, swing it with proper efforts, to make the ink flows out;
2: You can also operate " print head cleaning" to help the ink flow out smoothly;
3 :Print more pages so that the ink flows out smoothly.
