The RP-C flexible thin film pressure sensor is composed of polyester film of excellent comprehensive mechanical properties, high conductive material and nano-scale pressure sensitive material; the top is a flexible film and pressure sensitive layer above, the bottom is a flexible film and conductive circuit above.Both are glued by double-sided adhesive and the isolation sensitive zone.When there is pressure on sensitive area, the disconnected circuit on the bottom will be connected by top pressure-sensitive layer, and the output resistance of the port changes along with pressure.

• The RP-C resistance type pressure sensor is a flexible thin film sensor whose resistance decreases along with the pressure increases.

• Single sensitive area pressure sensor is equivalent to a dual port variable resistance whose resistance is controlled by pressure, and to a switch of a certain threshold, the threshold is determined by pressure and equipment parameters setting.

• The pressure sensor supports static/dynamic pressure sensing, and has fast response speed.

• Made of high quality material, the sensor is durable and has long service life.

• Widely used for bed monitoring, sleep monitoring, smart shoes, smart switches, counters and medical equipment.

Return and Refund
