  NOTE: Our items come with retail box.   This page features all new, exclusively designed 1156 BA15s P21W S15 7506 LED reverse lights & rear fog/4th brake light with dual colored red/white output powered by 31 pieces brightest 3030 SMD LED emitters. The LED bulb lights up white to function as reverse lights and light up red to function as either your choice of rear fog or 4th brake light.   Installation is very straightforward. Simply remove your OEM reverse light bulb and replace with the new LED bulb. Plug in the adapter to the reverse light and tap the wire to either taillight positive (rear fog function) or brake light positive (4th brake light function).
