Application Note
1. These data are generated under room temperature without extra pressure, test media is water. Your final test results may vary depending on variables such as solvent, material and size of tubing, temperature, pressure, humidity, voltage, current etc.
2. SR100-RZ1010 peristaltic pump works for low viscosity liquid
3. SR100-RZ1010 peristaltic pump works for corrosive and non-corrosive liquid when equipping different kinds of tubing, liquid only go through tubing, so tubing material is the main factor for corrosion problem.
4. 2 pieces connectors are necessary when equip tube into pump head, or pump tube will get slide when working, we will standardly equip 12.5cm tubing and 2 pieces straight connectors for each pump of your order, if you need more tubes and connectors for spare use, you may order from our store.
5. SR100-RZ1010-2D needs 1 pieces 12.5cm pump tube and 2 pieces straight connectors
SR100-RZ1010-2S needs 2 pieces 12.5cm pump tube and 2 pieces duplex connectors
6. SR100-RZ1010 was designed with basic functions of ON/OFF, SPEED, CW/CCW control, so it is only used for liquid transfer, not workable for bottle filling which need to preset filling volume, filling time and interval time.
7. Please switch CW and CCW under low speed
