SS401 series sanitary pressure transmitter designed with piezoresistive sensor technology, works following the piezoresistive effect, rugged isolated construction with 316L stainless steel wetted parts, available with industry standard 1.5” or 2” sanitary/clamp fittings for long reliable service in pressure or level measurement or maintenance procedures.

SS401 series features an integral cooling extension between the Tri-Clamp connection and transmitter body, increases the sensor media temperature up to 125°C. The clamp fitting design ensures a crevice free seal between the process connection and the pressure measuring diaphragm. Typically applications in food processing, beverage or bio/pharmaceutical applications as well as industrial applications that require a rugged, high accuracy pressure transmitter.
