Steps for usage:
1.Wear the device on your knee with the control panel upward, adiust the elastic straps to its proper position.
2.Long press the "time ON/OFF" button for one second to power on the device then short press the "time ON/OFF" button to choose the working time 10/20/30 minutes.
3. Press "mode" button to start or stop "vibration" and "pulse" function, the indicator light will be on accordingly.
4. Press "down" and "up" buttons to adjust the intensity of"pulse (00-26) " and" vibration" (00-06) to a comfortable massage feeling.
