Installation

By 2 way rail ,need to fix the rail on the ceiling firstly then fix the lamp in the track The track have different standards .ours is 2 line track ,which is available in our store

FAQ

Is the lamp source replaceable ?

The lamp source is replaceable but customer need to be a little professional to weld a new COB lamp on the wire

Is the driver replaceable ?

Yes it is replaceable ,we offer free replacement in 3 years if it is failed

How far lamp is suggested from each other ?

For commercial lighting like clothing store ,to high light the closes ,it is supposed to install 1 lamp in each 1m to 1.5m distance on the rail

What is the warranty for the lamp ?

We offer 2 year free replacement of the whole fixture 3 years free replacement for light source and driver

I have the track myself ,is it ok to use the lamp with my track ?

The track have different standards like 2 line ,3 line ,4 line ,the standard in China is 2 line ,if your track is 2 line track that is ok ,if it is 3 or 4 line track ,you cannot use this lamp for it
