Hose crimping machine mainly by withholding mechanism, motor, gear pumps, control valves and tank components. Suitable for mechanical engineering in the high-pressure hose assembly with hold processing, but also with hold two-way elbow, elbow and large shaped head. Hose crimping machine is a metal fitting through the hydraulic machinery and the corresponding mold with a high pressure hose withhold closely together to prepare a high-pressure hose and fluid connectors, referred to as high-pressure hose assembly. High-pressure hose assemblies are widely used in oil, coal, aerospace, construction machinery, agricultural machinery and other industries etc.
HZ-91B hose crimping machine is our newest upgraded model. Its performance is much better than HZ-91BT,with 20% higher in crimping force,so it can crimp 2 inches 4SP hose easily. We make the die base with new technology, solving the problem of roundness and taper easily. As a consequence, the oil leakage of the crimped hose has been completely solved. The weight of die base and spring tension are main influence factors on the equivocation of eight pieces of die base, our technicians reduce the weight of die base without changing its size or power, enabling the equivocation bend. We enlarge the opening and passing ability. We add base- primary up to100%. Considering the phenomenon that the hose crimpers are always used for crimping the non-standardprotective resin gasket to protect the working cylinder from damage. Integrated hydraulic system makes the equipment more stronger, stable with lower noise. What's more, the precise locator of HZ-91B has been designed with integer instead of decimal, making it easier and simple to operate for novice. 1. HZFLEX hose crimping machine CE& ISO PATENT Approved and SGS Audited. 2. The fitting and hoses crimped by HZFLEX machine never leakage the oil and never broken. The reason like below: (a)The machine head process by CNC machine,roundness and taper is within 0.1mm. (b)The machine die base and dies adopt special die steel and process by advanced craft, the hardness is above 55 HRC. The die hardness is enough so that the die life is very long and easy to crimping high pressure hydraulic hose, 4SP even 6SP. (c) The technical of machine head is forging or casting. Casting is cheap but has small hole on machine head. The piston will divide from casting machine head. 3. Strictly testing and inspetion.(A) for raw material, we will check again by our inspector as per international standard. Only the raw material reach to international standard and allow enter HZFLEX facotry.
(B) for hydraulic and eletrical parts, such as valve, pump, motor and so on, we use famous brand both from China and abroad.However, we will check again when these parts enter our facotry.
(C) before the hose crimping machine enter our warehouse, the inspector check the machine roundess, taper, opening, speed, noise, apprance and so on. Only each parts is up to standard of ISO, CE standard, the machine can enter the warehouse.
(D) when the machine package, the inspector the dies, the package and other parts of clients requriment. Everything is ok, the inspector signed and machine allow to go out the facotry.
