1. What is the machine warranty?
Re: The whole machine has 12 months warranty, If the machine part goes wrong during the warranty period, we will ship you a new one by express and freight cost is on us.No matter how many years pass, if the machine have any problem,you call our service center directly, once we have received your request, we will arrange our engineers team to solve the machine problem by connecting the camera.

2. What is the quick wear parts of the machine?
Re: The xenon lamp needs to change after one year, the xenon lamp lifetime is 3,000,000 times.so that we will send you one more xenon lamp when your order.

3. How to maintain the machine?
Re: Keep clean of the work environment, must change the water for the water tank once a month. Turn off the power when finished your work. The xenon lamp should be replaced once a year. We will send you how to operation video of the replace xenon lamp.

4. How to set up the welder parameter and operate?
Re: The operation video and how to set up parameter will be saved USB flash disk with the machine. Also when you get the machine you can connect our technical engineers by Whatsapp or Skype. It can help you quickly to learn the machine. Most of our customers learned the machine within 2-3 days.
