- Take the key and put it into the ignition. Turn the key to RUN but do not start the vehicle. Wait until the security light goes out on the dash. Then remove the key. The key should now be programmed.
- This is an unprogrammed, blank chip (not a car key), you can program or copy the chip you want.
- If you don't know how to use it, we suggest that you can go to your local dealer or locksmith shop to cut the key and program to your car, and locksmith may charge less than dealer.
