2. If you have anything special to remind us, (such as requested declared value, color, relevant car model and year, picture of your car’s center console, etc., ) please leave message while placing order.

3. Before signing with the courier, please make sure that the package is well packed and make sure that there are no damage for the outer box and the item inside.

4. It is absolutely not accepted to report that the parcel was empty or there are no main unit in the package after the parcel receiving sign with the courier.

Important Tips:

1. Normally the orders will be processed within 48 hours after payment released from AliExpress.

    1) In case the item was out of stock, we need more time to prepare.

    2) Please check your email or AliExpress message after the purchase in case we have to confirm with you for some necessary information. Or it may will cause the delivery delay.

2. Please leave the exact address, normally PO Box address is not accepted. Normally, address should be with house number and street number.

3. Please make sure that the address provided on AliExpress is correct and updated for successful parcel delivery.

4. For Brazil delivery, normally only HK Post Air Parcel shipping is provided.

    1) If you want commercial express delivery, CPF number (for individual) or CNPJ number (for company) is a must.

    2) Please make sure that you can receive the parcel if sent by commercial express companies and you are willing to pay relevant import tax/customs fee.

5. For Russia delivery, normally only HK Post Air Parcel shipping or some special Russia shipping company is provided.

    1) No express shipping is provided because of customs clearance problem.

    2) Please provide your full name for successful delivery.

6. For buyers from European Union, we would like to recommend you to choose UK delivery service which means neither customs clearance problem nor import tax/customs duty.

    1) The UK delivery costs an additional cost. If you want UK delivery service, please contact us for more details.

    2) For some countries, such as Portugal, Greece & Estonia, we just can provide UK delivery service.

    3) Please note that not all the items we sell have UK delivery option.

7. Please note that the price to Spain is just for mainland Spain. If the delivery address belong to those areas below, we will contact you for the additional cost or you can contact us before the payment:

Shipment Notice:

1. Delivery Time

    1) Usually goods can be delivered out within 2 working days after payment released from AliExpress.

    2) In case the item was out of stock, the processing time will be a little bit longer. We will inform you accordingly.

    3) If you did not confirm to us for some important information, it may delay the delivery arrangement.

2. Shipping Information

    1) Please provide correct post code and telephone number (mobile phone number welcomed) to avoid shipping delay or being charged with additional cost.

    2) Please make sure that the address is correct and full enough for the delivery (normally there should be house number and street name under the city name).

3. Courier

    1) Normally we ship the item via the shipping method you chose from the item page.

4. Remote Area Fee

    1) The shipping free policy is for non-remote area delivery only.

    2) If the delivery address is a remote area in the relevant shipping comapny's system, an additional remote area delivery fee will be charged. For example, an additional USD35.00 will be charged for DHL remote area delivery.

Taxes & Customs Fees:

1. Our price excludes any tax or customs fee. Please note that it is the buyer’s duty to pay potential tax, duty, customs fees, etc. 

2. If the parcel was returned to us because of buyer’s refusal to pay those potential fees, there will be no resending until buyer agreed to pay all the returned shipping fees & tax and resend costs.

3.If the parcel was destroyed by the destination country's customs because of buyer’s refusal to pay those potential fees, there will be no resend or refund. Buyer can’t request money refund or resending because of above reasons.

Warranty & Return Policies:

All of the main units are provided 12 months warranty (accessories not included) while accessories 3 months.

A. Return Policy Details:

1. Return for defective items within 14 days from date of parcel receiving can be replaced with new items.

    1) The replacement will be arranged after faulty goods received.

    2) Buyer pays the shipping cost to send it back to our appointed warehouse or repair center, we pay for the resending shipping cost.

    3) Buyer needs to pay the potential customs fee for the resending.

C. Warranty will be voided as of:

1. Damage caused by: misused, improper installation or operation, accident, etc.
2. Any damages caused by improper packaging when return to us.
3. Item was disassembled or repaired by unauthorized person without our authorization.
