Please use the following size measurement, size chart, color chart as reference. The standard size is based on our size chart. If you would like to make a custom made service, please refer to how to measure. Please measure the size with similar underwear and shoe you will wear on your special day.

A ) All our products are brand new direct from our factory.

B) Any color and any size dress is available, but extra fees may be payable for plus sizes and special alterations.  Please contact us for details before you order.

C) The colour of a dress may not exactly match the colour shown on your computer screen due to different monitor settings.  If colour is to be an exact match, please send us a sample of the material or ask us to send a colour sample.

D) We can make dresses from your design so feel free to send us full details for a quotation.

E) All our dresses can be altered by about 1 inch by a seamstress for a perfect fit after you get it and try it on.

F) Dress is not including the accessories ( veil ,Glove ,Petticoat ,ETC )in the picture, if you need it , Please contact customer service to ask .

G) We guarantee we can make each dress perfectly for you if you give us the exact size, color and requirements for the dress.

H) There is no minimum order requirement at the moment.

I) Dresses will start to be made and delivered only after payment has been cleared and all the measurements and the color are advised.

J)After you send payment, please let us have your address and telephone number so that we can arrange to ship items as soon as they are ready.

K)You can contact us any time by E-mail,  Alibaba Trade Manager, Messenger or Skype etc. We will try our best to serve you well.

L)We ship our dress worldwide by EMS, or DHL or TNT etc. After shipping you can track your item any time.

On returns, it is extremely important that you give the correct measurement information as returns on the basis of incorrect measurements being supplied are not usually accepted although we are sympathetic. However, if dresses are defective in any way and cannot be rectified your end for which we will pay, we will accept the dress back and refund the dress cost or replace the dress.  Dresses need to be returned in the condition they were received, free of stains, tears and odours etc.

Submit a return request to seller within 3 days of your order’s shipment. Include an explanation and photographs documenting the reason for the return. Returns will not be accepted after 3 day of your order’s shipment or without prior approval from my shop. Once received at our confirmation to accept return, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days, item is needed to arrive us in 15 days after it is shipped, overdue will not be eligible for a return.

- Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

- Orders canceled 1-3 days after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 50% of the product purchase price. After 3 days, then can not be canceled and will not get

a refund.
